5. Your Rights
5．ユーザーの権利You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
ユーザーは、本サービス上にまたは本サービスを介して、自ら送信、投稿、または表示するあらゆるコンテンツに対する権利を留保するものとします。ユーザーは、本サービス上にまたは本サービスを介してコンテンツを送信、投稿、表示することをもって、媒体または配布方法（既知のまたは今後開発されるもの）を問わず、かかるコンテンツを使用、コピー、複製、処理、改変、修正、公表、送信、表示および配布するための、世界的な非排他的ライセンスを（サブライセンスを許諾する権利と共に）当社に対して無償で許諾するものとします。

英語のTOSの各段落に、日本語のTOSを合わせた。
あくまで使用の許諾なので、複製権とかの財産権が移動した訳ではない。
それすると、ユーザが発言削除したいとかって場合、困る。ついでながらそれを公開することによって損害が発生した場合の責任もかぶることになるし。
あと、「無条件に使いまくるぜウハハハ」みたいなのは、契約が無効になる可能性がある。
ブロードキャストの所を見てOKと思った、とかはどうせでっち上げなのでどうでもいい。

どう読んでも本の事は書いてない、のもそうなんだけど、
すべきこと
- ツイートが番組内に表示されている間は、ツイートのすぐそばにTwitter bird www.twitter.com/about/logosを表示させる。
- 各ツイートにユーザーの名前と、ユーザー名（＠ユーザー名）を表示する。
- ツイートの全文を使用する。改変は技術的な問題部分のみとする（例:リンクを外す）
- Twitter birdのアイコンのサイズは内容に合わせた適切なサイズであること。一行の文字列よりも少し大きいくらいが適当です。
してはいけないこと

- ユーザーの正体を削除、ユーザーを特定する情報を削除、改ざんしたり、不明瞭にしたりすること。ユーザーの安全性が懸念されるような場合を除き、ツイートを匿名のまま掲載すること。
善意に考えても、日本語が読めないとしか思えない。
